The structural test
An operating brand's commercial model must be designed such that its revenue does not depend, in any structural sense, on the parties whose claims it attests to. This is not a stated value; it is the architecture of how money flows. It is enforced at the parent's review of any new market entry, acquisition, or material business-model change.
Holding-company posture
AU-SVRN is the holding institution. It maintains the methodology, the registries, and the regulatory posture each operating brand inherits. It does not market consumer-facing marks of its own. It does not participate in any operating brand's revenue from a verified party.
Conflict policy
Investors, directors, and employees with a material interest in any party subject to attestation by an operating brand must recuse from the relevant decision and the recusal must be recorded under /record/disclosures. The standard is procedural and binding.
What is published
- Refusals. Markets and partnerships declined, with rationale, are recorded under /record/refusals.
- Disclosures. Conflicts and related-party items are recorded under /record/disclosures.
- Corrections. Errata to prior published material are recorded under /record/corrections. Prior wording is archived.
The dispute process
Every operating brand publishes a documented dispute process, including timeline and standard of evidence. The methodology is binding on the brand, and the dispute office is reached through the central correspondence address.
Legal entity
The legal entity, registered office, and jurisdiction are recorded in the imprint.
TODO · The detailed cap-table posture, recusal log, and audit-firm relationship will be published when the v1.0 governance document is approved.
