What it attests to
Humark attests that a specific human used their own biometrics to sign a specific work at a specific time. The mark is bound to the signer; the signer is bound to the work; the work carries the manifest into circulation. Where the work is copied, mimicked, or generated, the absence of the mark is itself information.
The mark
The Pulse Signature is the consumer-facing mark. The Human Verified Badge is its B2B counterpart. Both are issued under AU-SVRN methodology v1.0 and are queryable in the public registry without an account.
Who it serves
Humark serves individual creators directly and is integrated by platforms and developers through a documented API. Platforms cannot alter or condition creator attestation; the structural independence of the mark from the platforms that distribute it is a precondition of belonging in the AU-SVRN portfolio.
Regulatory posture
C2PA-compliant. EU AI Act 2026 ready. California AB 3211 ready. The current regulatory posture is published in the methodology document.
