Posture

The institution holds minimal personally identifiable data. The site does not require an account, does not run third-party trackers, and retains only standard server access logs for operational purposes. The first step in any request is to confirm whether the requested data exists at all.

Operating brand data

Per-brand data (creator biometrics for Humark, supplier records for PuraTrust) is held by the operating brand under that brand's own data-handling policy. Requests for such data should be directed to the operating brand. AU-SVRN does not aggregate or hold copies of operating-brand records that exceed what the methodology requires for audit purposes.

Subpoena and law-enforcement requests

Lawful requests are routed to office@au-svrn.com with subject line [LEGAL REQUEST]. The institution requires service through proper channels. Where lawful and consistent with the protective purpose of the brand under which any requested data was issued, the institution complies. Where compliance would conflict with the protective purpose, the institution objects through counsel.

Data-subject access

Subjects of records held by AU-SVRN or by an operating brand may request access in writing. The institution targets a thirty-day response. Identity verification is required.

Transparency

Aggregate counts of data requests received and responses made will be published periodically under /record/disclosures.
