Designated agent
Notices may be sent to office@au-svrn.com with subject line [DMCA]. The institution will appoint a registered DMCA agent before launch.
What a notice should include
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other reasonably sufficient identifier.
- The complainant's name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complainant is authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
Recipients of a notice may submit a counter-notice meeting the standard DMCA requirements. Both notices and counter-notices may be recorded in the institution's record.
