Is AU-SVRN a holding company or a platform?
Both, in different senses. AU-SVRN is the legal holding company behind Humark and PuraTrust. It is also the operator of the underlying verification infrastructure those brands run on, sometimes described in current vocabulary as a Provenance-as-a-Service platform. The institution does not market consumer-facing marks of its own.

Does AU-SVRN take revenue from the parties its brands attest to?
No. The structural test for any operating brand is that its revenue does not depend, in any structural sense, on the parties whose claims it verifies. PuraTrust does not accept placement fees from suppliers. Humark does not let platform partners alter creator attestation. Where this independence cannot be held structurally, the brand is declined and the decline is recorded under /record/refusals.

How does AU-SVRN handle errors in its records?
Through the corrections register. Each correction names the prior wording, the corrected wording, the date, and the reason. Prior versions are archived and remain accessible. Records are not silently edited. See /record/corrections.

What is the regulatory posture?
The institution maintains alignment with the EU AI Act (2026), California AB 3211, and successor instruments as they arrive. Each operating brand inherits the posture relevant to its domain. The current posture is published in the methodology document.
